Hey! I would love to add a feature like that in the future. It would only be able to work when using the MiniMetersServer plugin. Would that be sufficient for your need?
Either way is cool. Since you ask, here is my use case:
My actual use case was to use just the minimeters app during reviewing music to confirm the resonances I heard and also to confirm balance issues between highs/mids/lows. Then people can analyze/review music just playing via e.g. spotify without a DAW or getting the music into the DAW.
I can understand if implementing this for the app version has more effort or has other limitations. Is the problem due to plugin libraries already having EQ/filtering logic compared to the app version(I do not know, I just wonder about it)?
I totally understand the use-case. I have thought about adding that for a while and I would likely use it in my own music production workflow just as I used SPAN. However, implementing that system-wide would be quite a large undertaking on both macOS and Windows. I'm sure I could get a minimum viable product on macOS done in a reasonable amount of time since Apple seems to support something like that in macOS 14.2 and later, but tools like eqMac and SoundSource exist and are battle-tested to be low latency and performant. I may dive into that one day, but am avoiding the feature creep as I approach finalizing the v1.0 update. Implementing it with the server plug-in is trivial and already "done" for v1.0.
Luckily I am on mac and I am looking forward to this feature whenever you may implement it. I did not think of the multi platform hassle before, so good luck in the future and thank you for the awesome product and communication!
Just bought this, and love it. One possible suggestion would be to be able to have the option for a vertical placement on the screen. This would make it much easier to get other windows (at least on Mac) to play nice and have another cool look. =)
Bought this, love it! Is there any way to have it not be affected by Equalizer APO (and consequently its frontend, Peace)? Maybe there's some way to have it ignore audio enhancements in Windows (since that's how EQ APO operates)?
I use Peace to have EQ APO load different configurations based on what headphones I'm using or even using a flat config for my studio monitors. MiniMeters reflects the changes EQ APO makes, making the read-out by MiniMeters inaccurate unless I'm using a flat config.
Loading MiniMetersServer before Peace should fix the issue... but EQ APO can only load 64-bit VST2 DLLs - not VST3/AU/CLAP/etc. I've tried for a while to down-convert the MiniMetersServer VST3 to VST2 but it's been quite difficult.
If a x64 VST2 DLL could be created, that would be hugely appreciated. Not sure how else to solve this problem without fundamentally changing MiniMeters.
Hey! I will do more research but when I was writing the WASAPI backend I did not see a way to choose how far down the chain I was capturing from.
As for VST2 support: Unfortunately, Steinberg only allows newer devs to create VST3 Plug-Ins according to their license agreement. I have no interest in breaking their license agreement.
Thanks for the response! If you do eventually look into the WASAPI chain, hopefully it ends up being an easy change to make. I'll stick to using it with the MiniMetersServer VST3 in my DAW for the time being. Though EQ APO + Peace are used pretty ubiquitously, I suspect the chances of VST3 support being added to EQ APO is pretty slim
I did look into it. From what I can tell, WASAPI Loopback can only capture audio after all Audio Processing Objects are finished in the chain. I also looked into implementing my own APO with the intention to capture audio earlier in the chain, but there does not seem to be a mechanism to ensure MiniMeters would be before EQ APO.
For now, I will add a help page clarifying that EQ APO and MM are not generally compatible. I will also sit down and see if I can find any VST3 -> VST2 wrappers that are compatible.
However, do note that the MiniMetersServer Plug-In is open source (at the moment).
I did some tests and was unable to get any of the wrappers I tried to work properly with MiniMetersServer, but I am unsure if that is due to the wrappers or if something is preventing it from talking to MiniMeters properly. I will do more research there.
Hey! MiniMeters includes MiniMetersServer which is a VST3, AU, and CLAP plugin that will send audio to the application. There is more info here regarding the plug-in. Make sure your DAW is looking in the listed folders, and if you could, please double-check the plugin is in those folders. If not, I can definitely provide more support.
Hey! Could you please elaborate on what you mean by zooming in for phase alignment specifically? As for slowing down the Waveform, you should have a Speed setting in the Waveform module. Does that not work as you would expect?
I'm very happy with this tool, not only provides great visuals, but also works as mixing/mastering tool, visualazing your final mix in every way you need, and the color palettes are dope, as a graphic designer is something that I need to champion. In the future would love a way to port it into video editing software to be able to create full visualizer, but I'm happy screen recording for now.
MiniMeters is really simple and fun with a surprising amount of choices and customization options. I don't think I've ever seen such an involved audio visualizer. I've noticed that the spectrogram darkens a little when the cursor is over the application, and then lightens a little when the cursor is elsewhere. It creates stripes in the visualization which I thought was odd. Otherwise, there is very little I would want to see change about the application outside of more routing capability which seems to be continually expanding anyway.
Thank you for developing such a great product at an awesome price! It saved me from updating Cubase for SuperVision, and this might even be better in some ways such as being able to have them very small.
One feature suggestion I would appreciate, is if the Stereometer just had a phase correlation meter at the top or side (-1 to +1). I would find that super useful!
edit: thanks to comment, i now know you can left click and even drag to see the below info! Another is if the Spectrum would display the hz value and pitch value the mouse is hovering over, just next to the cursor or at the bottom/side somewhere.
Just thought I pitch in here, as a Cubase Pro user with access to supervision. However the MiniMeters is indeed is a great alternative for that at this price point. I use supervision mainly doing my actual masters. And use MiniMeters more as an Eye Candy tool, when casually listening to music. I find it such an awesome tool, which such a great, fast, and near (if nor zero) latency response, even whilst running an old GT 710 GPU.
See my post below your actual post, where I ask for the exact same suggestion of a correlation meter.
As for the spectrum analyser it is literly possible to do just what you ask for, instead of hovering of the analyser, click on the frequency response curve / section that you want to readout with your left mouse button, it will show the frequency and note. I attached an image as an example.
Also two examples of a correlation meter suggestion I suggested as well also listed in my post below yours :P.
Below the spectrum: frequency & note readout when clicking your mouse button the section you want to read out.
And here's my two suggestion for a correlation meter, 1 is metering the entire track, the second one is a per frequency band correlation meter.
Wow, I didn't try just literally left clicking on it - _ - my bad! so forget that haha thanks for the tip I use cubase pro as well but it's version 10 so before supervision, still not feeling it's super worth it to upgrade to 13 imo, especially now that I have minimeters =]
I recently bought the MiniMeters software for Windows 10! And I am very happy with it! Money well spend, and I use it almost every day whenever listening to music, or checking my masters.
It works so fast, and the response is awesome!
However I have 5 points of attention. Which might be possible to improve the program even more.
1: Each time I open the MiniMeters, it does not remember the StereoMeter sizing. I have the Spectrogram running on my 1st monitor in full screen, and the rest on my 2nd Monitor. Whenever I re-open the MiniMeters, it loads the Spectrogram nicely on the 1st monitor in full screen and the rest on the 2nd Monitor. But each time the StereoMeter is resized to the smallest windowing. It would be cool if remembers the panels window sizes.
2: It would be cool, and a nice feature to be able to stack the panels below each other as well, now you can only scale in horizontal mode. But being able to for example have the spectrogram encompass an entire botton section below the rest of the panels, so you have a nice long spectrogram overview, and the rest is nicely squared above it.
3. Is there a plan to add / incorporate a correlation meter? Like a meter that shows when stuff is getting out of phase. I attached an image to show you an example, would be even cooler if it could do this per frequency band. But that might be a little hard to code.
4: The Levels meter uses a certain amount real estate, which is much wider than it actually panel / module needs to be, however you can't make it smaller but it's such a small module, that it would be cool to able to make smaller, so you have a bit more real estate for the rest of the panels / modules. Also it would be cool to be able to set color amounts, for different DB values. Also attached an image as an example.
5. Would be cool to have an enable, disable / toggle, always on top feature.
Last but not least I know this might be a bit much to ask. And I don't know if it's even possible compatibility wise. But to make an Elgato Streamdeck plugin/profile for this, where for example you can map each Module / Panel to an individual button. Or perhaps even make it so that you can have different profiles that will actually span a certain module across all buttons of the Streamdeck. I know there's the Streamdeck Mini with 6 Button, the Regular one with 15 Button and the XL with 32 Buttons (This is the one I own). Very happy with that, but I am still missing any sort of good audio visualizer on this device.
Thanks for the great software, really happy I bought it, and happy to support to the development this way!
Keep up the great work!
Kind regards, Levien

Below an example of setting for coloring that could be applied to the level meter:

Hey! Thanks for picking it up. It is quite minimal of a tool at the moment (Hence the "Mini" in the name), but I do plan to add most of this. Definitely stay tuned.
The first point sounds like a bug to me. MiniMeters should restore the exact position on launch. I will look into that.
Other than the popped out modules v1.0 is going to include a horizontal, vertical, and custom layout which will hopefully meet your needs.
I will probably not create my own Stream Deck plugin, but will likely have a way to toggle features from the Stream Deck as well as other macropads and systems.
I've noticed a small bug in v0.8.21, (standalone) on macOS 14.5 M2 Max Mac Studio.
Upon opening the app, my Stereometer module remains black with no readout, until I hover my cursor over the window and then it starts working as expected, until I quit the app and reopen again.
I do have my Stereometer module popped out, whilst my spectrum and waveform are part of the "main set" (and work as expected every time).
Hey! I just downloaded the latest version here, installed on my test PC, and checked and it is the correct version.
For clarity, I did not remove VSync in 0.8.21, only an experimental mode. If you're looking to change the colors for the Peak / LUFS meter please follow the instructions here: https://minimeters.app/help/theming
You do not need to purchase again. If it is not in your purchased products list here on Itch either go to the original email you got when you purchased it, or try to recover that email from here: https://itch.io/docs/buying/already-bought
If you still need help please reach out in the Discord or via support@minimeters.app
Hey! I’m not sure if I know what you mean exactly. The Pin To Top button in the tool bar on the top left makes the window stay on top. You can also move the window around with Alt/Cmd while clicking and dragging in the window. Is that what you mean?
Hey! Sorry for any inconvenience. I don't see any duplicated payments on my end. If you didn't receive an email it likely did not go through.
Could you check your bank to make sure they did not go through? Also please email me at support@minimeters.app and I can look for a specific email address in my list of purchases. -Joe
From the fact that I haven't heard from the bank yet, it seems that the payment has not been made properly. I will try to make the payment again and check it again. Thank you
I tried downloading the demo for my mac (Sonoma 14.2) & I can't get it to work, or I cant find the program once I install it. Any tips for this? Just wanted to make sure it's compatible/runs on my setup before buying
Hey! Sorry you're running into issues. The demo should be installed in your Applications folder. It will be called "MiniMeters-demo.app". I just tried it here on my Senoma machine to confirm. Let me know if that helps.
Ok thanks! I was able to get it working as a standalone - I guess it's just not showing up in pro tools for some reason. I'm able to meter off the overall audio output of my interface so I suppose that works too.
MiniMeters is standalone only (at least at the moment, that may change in the future). If you want to use MiniMetersServer which is offered as a VST3, CLAP, and Audio Unit you will need to use a tool that can load VST3s in Pro Tools as it only supports AAX natively.
I clicked purchase before signing up,
but I didn't receive a download email, so I had to pay one more time.
Can I get a refund? Or do I have to sign up and pay?
Hey! Thank you for picking it up and sorry for the inconvenience. You do not need to sign up, but likely what happened was your email was misspelled so it never got delivered.
Could you please send me an email at support@minimeters.app from the email address you used for the successful purchase and I’ll see if I can find the invalid email in my order list.
I know you fixed the issue with having multiple copies open, but I actually have been using this 'bug' as a feature with my students in voice coaching, to allow a running comparison of different microphones (ie my own and Zoom) - Is there a way you could re-implement this intentionally? Maybe open a second instance via the Audio Input panel?
I apologize that the change caused an inconvenience. I appreciate you letting me know. Hit me up at support@minimeters.app and I can get you an older version to hold on to for the meantime if you need it.
I'll find a solution. There are some issues that could arise when using multiple copies (particularly corrupt settings files) but I understand the desire. I will find a way to make this work intentionally.
hello I just bought minimeters directly from PayPal without an user, now there is an update missing but it take me to the official website and its seems that I need to buy it again , is it possible to get the update if I bought it directly with PayPal ?
yo im trying to download the file but it says minimeter exe isnt commonly downloaded and it blocks the download. IM trying to trust the file but i cant find anywhere how to do it
Hey! Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm not sure what browser you're using, but some like Microsoft Edge can be really picky and make you jump through hoops to get the download to work.
Assuming you are on Edge, you need to click the three dots (...) in the download panel, click "Keep", click "Show more," and click "Keep anyway."
The reason this appears is because, at the moment, I am an individual developer and Microsoft requires an EV (Extended Validation) Code Signing certificate to bypass this screen. As well as the SmartScreen that comes up after the download. I do code sign MiniMeters with an OV certificate that is associated with my personal identity. You can check this once it is downloaded in the properties pane. I also have recently set up my LLC which should allow me to get an EV certificate soon to bypass those annoyances. Sorry again for the annoyance this causes.
it could also be your antivirus blocking it through your browser, try a different browser or turn off your antivirus for a sec (the built in one in windows is called windows defender). also once you run the installer, windows might try and block it. click "more info" and "run anyway".
Are you referring to the direction of the Waveform? At the moment no, but I can consider adding that in the future. However, in most of the audio software I use the Waveforms tend to be drawn in the same way that MiniMeters draws them. Let me know if I am misunderstanding the question.
hey im having an issue with this program, i have a dell i5 windows 10 and app started having issues the other day, so i uninstalled and tried to redownload and now its saying the app is incompatible. wtf do i do 😭 i have literally tried everything
Hey! I'm not sure why it would be saying it is incompatible. Are you on the latest Windows 10 version? MiniMeters requires Windows 10 version "10.0.19041.0."
holy shit dude thank you so much!!!!!! IT WORKED😳 i've been trying to get this back on my desktop for past 3 days now, i appreciate your speedy response. absolute goat!!👌
Quick question / bug report - Mac OS Sonoma on an M2 Mini, running the app full screen on another monitor in portrait orientation - seems recently that all windows can be scaled properly to fill the screen, in my configuration I have the sterometer and spectrum filling the top quarter of my screen, when trying to fill the screen to eliminate the edge visible of the desktop the app drops its framerate significantly after resizing - moving the window back so there is a sliver of the desktop visible restore the full framerate
The other meters all fill the screen properly to the edge, but when trying to expand the window where settings appears it won't maintain framerate.... any suggestions on something I can adjust, or if I can provide any logs / more info please let me know
Hey! Sorry you're running into this. It seems I am able to replicate the same exact lag you're experiencing by simply making the primary window wider than the screen resolution. I'm not sure the origin of the issue as when I check the CPU usage it drops when it is in this state. It might be something macOS is doing that is causing a delay in the render loop.
I will look into this over the next day or two and see what I can do. Thank you for reporting this.
I took the stupid leap of installing the macOS 15 Developer Beta the second it came out... minimeters actually appears to be more responsive and the "edge" issue described above doesn't seem to be an issue anymore... DAW and plugins seem to have come through unscathed which has not always been the case even with release versions.
Hey Breity, could you please elaborate what you mean by "support ASIO?" In almost all cases ASIO is exclusive to a single application, which means I cannot intercept and capture audio.
If you're looking to monitor an ASIO input I can look into supporting that, but then you could only use that audio device with MiniMeters. This is a limitation, but also the primary selling point, of ASIO as it tends to reduce latency.
However, if you want to use MiniMeters with a DAW that is using ASIO you can simply add the MiniMeters Server Plugin to the end of your master channel and then select it in MiniMeters. Let me know if that addresses your concern.
First off, I understand you're disappointed, but this message is quite condescending. I do a lot of testing, but I do not have every graphics card and processor, and OpenGL drivers differ between Nvidia/AMD.
I believe some of the performance issues you're running into may be caused by some changes I made recently to actually help Popped Out module performance on certain AGPUs in some Ryzen processors. The next update (0.8.20) should address this, but I am testing that now. I will likely push that in a couple days (or maybe sooner if some testers report positive results). You can either join the Discord, or email me contact (at) minimeters.app and I can send it to you to test.
It's totally fine! I understand something not meeting expectations. My goal it to have MiniMeters be as performant and stable as reasonably possible and any help testing is appreciated. I haven't yet received a message from you in the email I listed in the last message, nor a message on Discord, but once I get either of those I'll send you the latest test build to see if that addresses the issue. I also might have some troubleshooting steps. I don't know if it will be a night and day difference, but that level of usage is abnormal.
As a note, you are correct that MiniMeters isn't "sleeping" when audio stops. That is definitely something that could help and is something that should be trivial to implement at least in the audio thread.
Hey! If you're fullscreening Live I do not believe it is possible. I would have to convert MiniMeters to a menu bar app. If you don't fullscreen Live you should have no issue clicking "Pin To Top" from within MiniMeters. Let me know if that helps!
I will put my bug report here because your Discord lobby is full. I use the Windows version.
with the last update, I was able to switch between output sound devices with no problems but now every time I do that mini-meters shuts down. I assume this problem stems from the last update because it worked perfectly then.
Hey! I see people join the discord every day, but I have a 5 minute limit on new accounts. Did discord say it was full? It should be no where near the cap.
As for the issue, sorry you're running into that. Could I please ask you get the dump file from %AppData%\MiniMeters as well as the log file from %AppData%\MiniMeters\log_files\ and email them to me at contact (at) minimeters.app? Thank you. I'm sure I can get this working for you.
Hey man thank you..searched for such a standalone app for years. Spend hours searching..and just found it as I googled "LUFS Meter mac standalone". Never searched a standalone LUFS Meter, just a standalone frequency analyzer. Man, thank you. :-)
I don't use Discord or X anymore but was hoping to drop a quick feature request for a setting option to disable multiple instances of the executable from running at one time, much how Ableton has a setting like this. Keep accidentally opening multiple windows of Minimeters and this also problematic when using macros and just a small pet peave I'm hoping would be a quick fix.
Could you please redownload the latest version (0.8.19) off itch.io and see if that fixes these issues for you? Otherwise, I would recommend trying to delete the settings file by following these directions.
I also provide a support email if that is easier for you ( contact (at) minimeters.app ).
Glad the Waveform speed seems to be working. Could you possibly elaborate on the resetting you're experiencing? The only thing I can think of right now is that the MiniMeters window is small and you're seeing things shift because of that. Does disabling any particular module fix it for you?

Minimeters is very handy. I enjoy using it. I would love if it had a solo band feature like voxengo span(pressing cmd/ctrl on the frequency).
If you read this, have a great day!

Is there a plan to add a short-term LUFS measurement?
Yes!
Amazing, thank you!
I've been using these every day for about a month, and they've now become invaluable for me. Fantastic work!
Two feature requests for consideration:
Thanks again, absolutely loving these meters!
Hey! Does the Mono mode not do what you expect in the Waveform? That is the sum of the left and right channels.
I may add a target range in a future update, but it's not planned at the moment.
Hey there! Thanks for the reply. Not seeing "mono" as an option currently. Mid/Side is useful, but not quite what I'm after.
Sorry, I apologize for the terminology confusion. Mid = Mono in this case.
Ahh, that seems to do the trick! Thanks for clarifying.
Love these meters, ty! Is there any way to change the FFT window for the spectrogram?
Hey! Thanks for picking it up. Not in 0.8.23, but that will be coming in an update!
First: Awesome job!!!
Just bought this, and love it. One possible suggestion would be to be able to have the option for a vertical placement on the screen. This would make it much easier to get other windows (at least on Mac) to play nice and have another cool look. =)
Thanks for the get app!

Hey! This is highly requested, but has required me to do some light redesigning of some of the modules. This is planned for an update! Stay tuned.
Awesome! Programming can be a challenge, especially if you have to deal with Windows. hehe Will look forward to it.

Kind regards,
Levien

Hey, hope you're doing well.
Let me know if you need more info :)
Hey! Sorry about that! I believe I know the cause. I will look into this issue in the next couple days and get it fixed for the next update.
No worries, it's only a minor inconvenience, looking forward to the update. :)
just an idea...would be nice if the waveform have beat sync (maybe with the server). keep up the good work!
Hey! Thanks for the suggestion. I’m working on some features that will enable that. Stay tuned.
My version says 0.8.21 and i'm not getting the new scenes. Still have VSync and Lufs bars dont change color
Let me know if you need additional help!
That worked thank you!
Hi, is there any way to stop the spectrogram from running? Need to examine the readout for a longer time hence need it to stop...
At the moment, no. However I am planning to add a global pause button to freeze all of the meters.
do i have to rebuy it when it updates? i have the previous version but its n ot in my bought list
You do not need to purchase again. If it is not in your purchased products list here on Itch either go to the original email you got when you purchased it, or try to recover that email from here: https://itch.io/docs/buying/already-bought
If you still need help please reach out in the Discord or via support@minimeters.app
-Joe
Minimeters is covering the top of my DAW. How can i make it so that it doesnt do that like i see on videos
Hey! I’m not sure if I know what you mean exactly. The Pin To Top button in the tool bar on the top left makes the window stay on top. You can also move the window around with Alt/Cmd while clicking and dragging in the window. Is that what you mean?
I tried to pay 4 times, but I couldn't check if all 4 times were paid for sure, and I didn't receive the mail.
I didn't check it on itch.io , but can I check the payment details?
Thank you
I successfully completed the payment after changing the web browser. I also received the mail. Thank you!
Woo! Glad it went through!
Great Meter!!! 1 word, Choices ..... That's it
I know you fixed the issue with having multiple copies open, but I actually have been using this 'bug' as a feature with my students in voice coaching, to allow a running comparison of different microphones (ie my own and Zoom) - Is there a way you could re-implement this intentionally? Maybe open a second instance via the Audio Input panel?
I apologize that the change caused an inconvenience. I appreciate you letting me know. Hit me up at support@minimeters.app and I can get you an older version to hold on to for the meantime if you need it.
I'll find a solution. There are some issues that could arise when using multiple copies (particularly corrupt settings files) but I understand the desire. I will find a way to make this work intentionally.
I would love for the plugin to be implemented in my DAW without having to open as a seperate program. Is this something you would see possible soon?
I have been working towards it! But I do not have a date in mind when it will be ready.
hello I just bought minimeters directly from PayPal without an user, now there is an update missing but it take me to the official website and its seems that I need to buy it again , is it possible to get the update if I bought it directly with PayPal ?
Hey! The link you got in your email when you purchased should also get you the update. Just go back to that email and click the download link.
If you're having trouble finding it go here and recover the download: https://itch.io/docs/buying/already-bought
If you still have issues please let me know.
yo im trying to download the file but it says minimeter exe isnt commonly downloaded and it blocks the download.
Let me know if you need additional assistance.
it could also be your antivirus blocking it through your browser, try a different browser or turn off your antivirus for a sec (the built in one in windows is called windows defender). also once you run the installer, windows might try and block it. click "more info" and "run anyway".
Yo loving this plugin demo so far, is there anyway to switch it from going left to right instead of right to left?
Are you referring to the direction of the Waveform? At the moment no, but I can consider adding that in the future. However, in most of the audio software I use the Waveforms tend to be drawn in the same way that MiniMeters draws them. Let me know if I am misunderstanding the question.
I would like to see a phase scope added so that I can see real-time movement in the mono/stereo -1, 0, and +1 directions.
hey im having an issue with this program, i have a dell i5 windows 10 and app started having issues the other day, so i uninstalled and tried to redownload and now its saying the app is incompatible. wtf do i do 😭 i have literally tried everything
Hey! I'm not sure why it would be saying it is incompatible. Are you on the latest Windows 10 version? MiniMeters requires Windows 10 version "10.0.19041.0."
Have you tried the steps listed here to reset your settings? Reinstalling doesn't delete the settings. https://minimeters.app/help/behaving/
Let me know if that helps.
holy shit dude thank you so much!!!!!! IT WORKED😳 i've been trying to get this back on my desktop for past 3 days now, i appreciate your speedy response. absolute goat!!👌
Glad it's working again for you. If you run into more troubles don't hesitate to reach out!
hey man actually i do have a question.. check ur soundcloud and IG lol im not getting these notifications so i reached out to you via soleiisounds
Cool plugin ! Would be even better if you could change the speed of the spectrogram like with the waveform
Hey! Thanks for grabbing it. That feature is in the works!
A good Idea, BUT totally useless if it does not support ASIO.
As ASIO is the only way to produce Realtime Audio in Windows, since 1998
Hey Breity, could you please elaborate what you mean by "support ASIO?" In almost all cases ASIO is exclusive to a single application, which means I cannot intercept and capture audio.
Let me know if that addresses your concern.
you can use an vst3 plugin MiniMeters Server
Hey!
I just switched to Mac and can't find a way to pin Minimeters on top of Ableton. Am I missing something?
Hey! What OS are you on? I agree that shouldn't really happen by default, but I wasn't aware it was an issue.
I’m on Windows 10 64bit
Thanks! I will fix this. Appreciate the report
Got it fixed here. Will be in the next update.
dropping my bug reports here cuz i don't use discord for personal reasons.
device: macbook air (M1)
OS: macOS 14.4.1
thanks for making such a wonderful app! it's genuinely taught me a lot about how audio works (especially LUFs). looking forward to v1.
Hey Eric,
Sorry you're running into issues.
Could you please redownload the latest version (0.8.19) off itch.io and see if that fixes these issues for you? Otherwise, I would recommend trying to delete the settings file by following these directions.
I also provide a support email if that is easier for you ( contact (at) minimeters.app ).
oh yeah i should've mentioned the app version i was using lol
deleted the settings file, module sizes are still resetting. waveform speed is fixed tho!
also i'd like to suggest a spectrogram speed setting too
Glad the Waveform speed seems to be working. Could you possibly elaborate on the resetting you're experiencing? The only thing I can think of right now is that the MiniMeters window is small and you're seeing things shift because of that. Does disabling any particular module fix it for you?
i sent an email to continue the bug report
