v1.0.18 - Bug Fixes

Released: Sep 6, 2025

  • This update is free for existing users.

Changes/Fixes:

  • General: Fix issue where latency would build up when using 48kHz, 96kHz, or 192kHz Sample Rate eventually causing stuttering. (Thanks @freakywaves & @wariogts in the Discord)
  • Linux: The Open dialog (used in the reference track picker) now only shows files with the supported file extensions.
  • General: Improved text sizing and spacing when using display scales other than 100%. Most notable differences at 'odd' scales like 145% or 110% on Windows and Linux.
  • Windows: Fixed issue where a crash dump would not be saved if the %AppData%\MiniMeters directory did not exist when the crash occurred.
  • Windows: Fixed regression where using OpenGL could cause a crash at launch.
  • Linux (Wayland): Fix issue where the window size could be calculated incorrectly when using libdecor, primarily on Gnome/Mutter-based compositors.
  • Linux (Wayland): Fixed issue where double-clicking would behave inconsistently.
  • Windows: Fix issue where "Move To Display" function was shown but not enabled. (Thanks @phasematik in the Discord)
  • macOS: The default window size is now correctly calculated on Retina displays.
  • macOS: Hide the erroneously shown Move To Display menu item in the Preset menu.
  • Linux: The "Window Blur and Opacity" title in the Advanced Settings pane no longer mentions "Blur" as it is not supported on Linux.
