v1.0.10 - Bug Fixes & FPS Limiter

Additions:

• FPS Limiter: Found in the Horizontal settings and the General tab in the Quad settings window. On Windows & Linux options include VSync on, Unlimited FPS, or any of the common FPS values. macOS options include Full, 1/2, 1/3, or 1/4 of the display's refresh rate.

Changes/Fixes:

• Linux (X11): Fixed spamming Xrandr functions which caused a performance hit on Nvidia drivers and likely elsewhere. (Thanks @monotherapy. in the Discord for the amazing bug report).
• Loudness (plug-in): Fixed issue in Live where resizing the window would produce unexpected results. (Thanks @a55imilat0r in the Discord)
• Windows: Improved consistency in timing throughout. This may lead to smoother visuals.
• Windows: Fixed an issue where pop-out modules could be reset when closing MiniMeters from the "Close All Windows" button on the Taskbar. (Thanks @legend4ryin the Discord and "Christian" who sent me an email about this)
