MiniMeters v0.8.23 - macOS Crash Fix

Bug Fixes:

• Audio Engine: Fixes crash that occurred when using "Default Output Capture" after sleeping and waking and changing the default output device.

Improvements:

• Windows & Linux: Adjusted update checking to be platform specific.

The MiniMeters v1.0 branch has reached feature parity and I am spending most of my time just fixing little bugs and preparing new installers for private betas.
